At EyeCare, we strike to provide utmost satisfaction for all our customers. All prescription and purchases are backed by EyeCare’s comprehensive warranty programme.

30-Day Prescription Guarantee

We guarantee the accuracy of the prescription readings and the lenses provided by EyeCare. Should the prescription or lenses from EyeCare be wrongly made, we will replace the lenses free of charge.

Replacement Guarantee (3/6 months)

Your frame purchased from EYECARE is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. We will replace the frame free of charge for any manufacturing defects during the specified warranty period.

Accidental Damage Guarantee (3/6 months)

Should your frame and lenses be damaged accidentally and is beyond repair, we will provide you a 30% discount voucher to help you with the purchase of your new repair, up to the same price of the damaged pair.

30-Day Guarantee for Progressive Lens

If you experience discomfort or giddiness caused by your progressive lenses, you may opt to exchange for normal lenses and frame up to the purchased price of your progressive lenses.
